In this episode of Reloscope: The Relationships Science Insights Podcast, host Aditi Kutty is joined by Nicholas Balaisis (RP, Ph.D.), a psychotherapist in private practice west of Toronto, Canada. He works with individuals and couples, specializing in anxiety/depression, relationship issues, and male shame and self-esteem. He is also a Lecturer at the University of Waterloo.

Nicholas and host Aditi Kutty talk about attachment styles and share the best practices for dealing with relationship anxiety. They also talk about tips on how to reduce anxiety in our relationships.
