Dr. Jennifer Gunsaullus: How Emotional Intimacy & Sexual Intimacy Build on Each Other | Reloscope #5

Dr. Jennifer Gunsaullus, or Dr. Jenn as we call her, shares some issues people often have in building sexual and emotional intimacy in a relationship. It can be a genetic personality that each person has, some folks are just emotionally distant, or bad experiences when they are growing up that can cause difficulty building these kinds of intimacy. So, how do we deal with those issues?

Dr. Jenn lives in San Diego, CA, where she strums her ukulele, got her black belt in karate, is an active women's philanthropist, and is an avid beach volleyball player.

Dr. Jen and Aditi chat a lot about emotional intimacy, sexual intimacy, and how they build on each other. She also teaches how to use mindfulness as part of best practices to maintain a great romantic relationship emotionally and physically.
